When applying for our Full Screening Application through our partner, LTS, you will need to complete their 3-party online form, which will include essential details like your employment, previous landlord information, and credit history.

• LTS sets some basic eligibility criteria, such as being at least 18 years old, having a steady income, and having no prior evictions.

• If you are married or have a roommate, you must submit separate applications.

• A one-time, non-refundable application fee of $60.00 per person is required at the time of submission.

• Do not submit income verification if it does not pertain to the person filling out the application.  This will only delay the turnaround time. 

• Most students will require a co-signer.

• Please note that LTS won't accept updates to applications beyond 7 days.
